Stable Union Visa

Interested parties may apply for a visa, or authorization to stay, to the partner in a stable union, regardless of sex.

The Stable Union recognized by the Federal Constitution of Brazil, as a family entity, currently regulated by the New Civil Code, as motivating the granting of permanent visa for foreigners who are in a situation of coexistence with a Brazilian, requiring for this the proof of coexistence.

Personal Visa will take care of the process, accompanying and instructing the family from the beginning with: analysis of the necessary documentation, preparation of the forms of declarations, filling of forms, scheduling and the control of the deadlines with the organs of immigration for approval of the visa.
