Immigration Legislation in Brazil allows the Work Visa to be applicable when the Brazilian company intends to hire a foreigner to engage in paid employment with employment under certain conditions:

Work Visa with work contract can be of up to two years, being possible the request of the transformation of the temporary visa with permanent work visa. Personal Visa will take care of the process, accompanying and instructing the company and the foreigner with: the analysis of the necessary documentation, preparation of the models of letters, filling of forms, elaboration of contract of work for foreigners in Brazil and the control of the deadlines with the immigation bodies for aproval of visas.
